Shipping & Returns

By making a purchase on robilantvoenabooks.com, you agree to the below shipping and returns terms.

Shipping

 After an order is placed, products will be shipped within 3 working days. Orders are shipped from London and usually take between 5-14 days to be delivered, depending on location.

 Returns

 The following return policy applies to all products purchased from R+V Books:

 - If you are dissatisfied with any product, you can return it in its original condition within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund, minus delivery charges. 

 - In situations in which the book is damaged during shipping, or the return is the  result of an error on the part of R+V Books, we will also refund the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued as soon as the return is received. 

- Should you wish to make a return, please contact books@robilantvoena.com, and we will issue a returns label. Please also direct any other questions about returns to this email address.
